Public Notice - Class Exemption

Pursuant to ORS 279C.335, Crook County, Oregon, will hold a public hearing to take comments upon draft findings that would exempt as a class from competitive bidding an agreement with the Crooked River Roundup and Fair Association, whereby the Association would perform improvements to the Crook County Fairgrounds, Prineville, Oregon in substantial part through volunteer labor and donated materials.  Copies of the draft findings are available upon request; contact Eric Blaine at the mailing address below or (541) 416-3919.  The County will accept written comments on the draft findings and proposed exemption at 300 NE Third Street, Attn:  County Counsel’s Office, Prineville, OR 97754.  Written comments must be received by 10 a.m. on Friday, March 6, 2020.  The hearing will be held at the 9:00 AM meeting of the Crook County Court on Wednesday, March 18, 2020, at 320 NE Court Street, Prineville, OR 97754.  The County invites public testimony at the hearing.
