Crook County Fair Board will hold its regularly scheduled meeting, Monday, January 13, 2025,
beginning at 5:30 PM, Fairgrounds Board Room, 1280 Main Street, Prineville Oregon 97754. The
principal subject(s) anticipated to be discussed are Consent Agenda; Approve minutes from December
16, 2024, Discussion Items: Election of Chair and Vice Chair, moving February Fair Board meeting
date due to Holiday, Reducing deposit amount for events with alcohol, Opening Indoor Arena during
cold weather months for private sports teams practice, Fair Livestock judges costs, recruitment and
management to Sales Committee, Fair Vendor Application & Fee Changes, 4H, FFA, Open Class Fair
Livestock Entry Fee Changes for 2025, Fair Livestock Show Schedule for 2025 Fair. Scheduled
