NOTICE OF PLANNING COMMISSION HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Crook County Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, to consider the following:

The principal subject(s) anticipated to be discussed are:

Minutes: December 11, 2024, December 18, 2024, and February 12, 2025.

Work Session: Discussion for possible code updates including: Accessory Dwelling Units, Agricultural Buildings, Alteration, restoration, or replacement of a lawfully established dwelling, Defensible space, Department of Defense overlay, definitions for recreational use, Conditional Use siting standards, Commercial Power Generating Facilities, Planning Commission location criteria, updating references to County Court throughout Titles 17 and 18, and other as may come up.
