Discussion Items: STIF Advisory Committee Member Renewals and New Appointment; Crooked River Roundup Contract Consideration; Order 2026-08 Planning Commissioner Appointment; PILOT Agreement Request; Order 2026-09 Tax Foreclosure Surplus Policy; Special Joint Meeting with Vector Control District Board of Trustees.

Scheduled Appearances: Andrea Wasilew, Outreach & Engagement Administrator of Cascades East Transit; Bob Townsend, Transit Director of Cascades East Transit; and County Staff Presentations. 

Executive Session: ORS 192.660(2)(e) For the purpose of conducting deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to negotiate real property transactions.
