7 day rebuttal period - Any person may submit written rebuttal to testimony - Due by August 7, 2024 at 4:00 PM
7 day applicant final argument - Applicant's opportunity to submit a final written argument - Due by August 14, 2024 at 4:00 PM

Failure to raise an issue in the hearing, in person or by letter, or failure to provide sufficient specificity to afford the decision maker an opportunity to respond to the issue precludes an appeal to the Land Use Board of Appeals based on that issue.
