Public Records Request
Deeds/Mortgage/Lien Records
To obtain a copy of a recorded document you may visit our Digital Research Room (on our Records Research page) to view our online index and purchase document copies.
You may also visit our office or contact us by phone (541-447-6553) or email.
There are fees associated with obtaining copies, they are as follows:
- Search/location fee $3.75 per name or document *
- $0.25 per page
* Staff research that requires more than 15 minutes of time, may be charged a rate of $40.00 per hour.
Prepayment is required for all phone or email requests.
Our office has a public terminal in our lobby that can be used to research documents at no charge, however anything printed will be assessed a fee of $0.25 per page.
Marriage Records
Certified Copies of Marriage Records are available for $7.75
Use our Digital Research Room for records from 1990 to today or call our office to obtain a record. All records older that 1990 will need to call our office.
Election Records
Elections results are available under the Election Archives tab under Elections & Voting. All other records will require a public records request, please call our office for more information and fees.
