Surplus Property Sale Claims
On December 19, 2023, Crook County adopted a policy for those whose interests in real property were subject to foreclosure for nonpayment of real property taxes to claim proceeds from subsequent sales of such foreclosed properties. Those who claim such an interest must submit a completed and notarized application form to:
