2021 Summer Reading Program: Scales, Claws, and Expanding Jaws with OMSI (Oregon Museum of Science and Industry)
Slide, slither and hop into herpetology, the science of reptiles. We'll get up close with live snakes, lizards and turtles in order to study the features which make this class of animals unique. Discover that snakes are smooth and dry, lizards have no earlobes, and geckos can lick their eyeballs!
This virtual program is presented by OMSI, the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry, as part of the Crook County Library Summer Reading Program. It is free and open to the public.
