Please be aware of the following information regarding the application prcoess:

• Please email the planning department at plan@crookcountyor.gov if you would like guidance on choosing the correct application. 
•  Please be aware that the site map that is submitted and approved as part of the Planning application will be utilized throughout the permitting process. Since the site map and structures that are included in the planning decision will be referenced and cross checked throughout the entire development process, please check with planning staff prior to making any changes to the approved site map. Changes made without approval will result in delays to the process, and could result in additional fees.
• New exterior lighting requirements are in effect. Please be aware that lighting cut sheets for all structures that will have exterior lighting at some point (even in the future) will be required at the time the planning application is submitted.  This will be a condition of approval for the Planning application that is an "action" item.  Failure to provide this information will result in delays to the permitting process. 
• Applications can be emailed to plan@crookcountyor.gov, brought to the office, or mailed to 300 NE 3rd St, Room 12, Prineville, OR 97754 - Fee is due at the time of submission. Payment can be made by phone, if convenient.
