The County Clerk is the chief election official of the County. The Clerk's Office plans, coordinates and conducts all elections in Crook County. It ensures that elections are conducted according to statute and other related requirements.

For Candidates Filing for Office
- 02/10/25 First day for candidate to file for office
- 03/20/25 Last day for candidate to file for office
For Districts & Jurisdictions Filing Measures
- 02/28/25 Last day to file text of referral/ballot title for challenge period (SEL 805)
- 03/20/25 Last day for a measure and Explanatory Statement to be filed
For Voters
- 04/05/25 Ballots mailed to military/overseas voters
- 04/21/25 Ballots mailed to out of state voters
- 04/29/25 Last day to register to vote
- 04/30/25 Ballots mailed to voters
- 05/02/25 All Crook County drop boxes open
- 05/20/25 Election Day
