Want to check out passes to the High Desert Museum? How about reserving a free Wilderness Permit from the Deschutes National Forest? You can now access these fun adventures with an online reservation system called Discovery Pass. Kill-a-Watt Meters
We have 3 Kill-a-Watt meters that Crook County Library card holders can check out for 3 weeks at a time. The Kill A Watt Meter can tell you the amount of electricity used by small-to-medium-sized electrical devices in your home and help you discover the items that are turned "off" but still draw power. Check the catalog at any time to see if there are meters available for checkout.

Telescopes
We have 3 Astroscan telescopes that Crook County Library card holders over the age of 18 can check out for 3 weeks at a time. Check the catalog at any time to see if there are telescopes available for checkout.
